Raw Food Diet.
Starting now until December 9th (20 days), I’m going on a Raw Food diet. I can only eat raw fruits and vegetables, nuts and bean. On top of that, I can only drink water and tea. Nothing more, nothing less.
and on top of all that, I have to go to the gym every second day for cardio and weight lifting, and the days I’m not at the gym, I have to run for 45 minutes.
Lets see if I can do this!
